Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Samah mobile application (the “App”) published by Webtiara. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
Samah Premium subscriptions
Samah Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the full sound library and premium features.
- Monthly — billed every month after any free trial.
- Annual — billed every year after any free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Free-trial length and pricing are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase. Introductory offers, if available, are subject to Apple’s eligibility rules.
For subscription purchases, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code except as permitted by law.
- Circumvent subscription or access controls.
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
Content and audio
Ambient sounds and related materials in the App are licensed for personal, non-commercial listening through the App. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the audio outside the App except as allowed by applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Samah is a wellness and focus tool — it is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webtiara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
